$20m public liability, $5m professional indemnity and workers compensation for all crew. Certificates of currency go out with every quote, and we can lodge them directly into your contractor management portal.

Yes — a site-specific SWMS is issued for every job before mobilisation, and a JSA is completed on site at pre-start. Both are written by the supervisor running the job, not from a template library.

Yes. We hold an EPA Victoria permission for prescribed industrial waste transport, and disposal goes to licensed receival facilities with waste tracking documentation returned to you.

All entry crew hold current confined space and gas test atmospheres tickets, and every job runs with a dedicated standby. Ticket currency is enforced by our scheduling system — anyone whose ticket has lapsed cannot be allocated to a job.

Emergency response is 90 minutes within metro Melbourne, 24/7. Standard scheduled work depends on live crew availability — I can check the actual planner and give you a real date rather than a guess.

Yes, and a lot of our work is out-of-hours because it suits plant shutdowns. Night shift carries a 25% loading and weekends 35%.

It varies by service. Hydro excavation and jetting have a half-day minimum; confined space entry work is a full day minimum because of the permit and standby requirements. I can give you the specific figure for your scope.

For standard scopes, yes — I can give you an indicative range straight away from our rate card. For anything involving vessel entry, unknown contamination or restricted access, we book a site visit first, because a number I make up on the phone helps neither of us.

I can check that on the spot. We hold current inductions across a number of refinery, port, rail and food-grade sites. If we're not inducted for yours, I'll tell you what the intake lead time is rather than promise a date we can't hit.
What access do you need for the truck?Site & access used 14×
The vacuum truck needs 3.5m width and 4.2m height clearance, and hardstand within 30m of the work area. If access is tighter than that we'd bring the combination unit instead — worth flagging on the enquiry so we send the right plant.
