How the matching works
Every allocation is checked against the competency matrix, ticket currency, site induction status, existing bookings and fatigue rules before it can be made. Anyone who fails a check is shown with the reason rather than quietly hidden — so you can see the crew you would have picked and exactly what is stopping them. Nothing reaches the roster until a manager approves the draft.
