Where it came from
It started with a real problem on a real site: job handovers being re-typed between two platforms, certifications tracked on a spreadsheet, and crews occasionally turning up to sites they weren't cleared for. Nothing exotic — just the everyday cost of joining systems together with people.
Every module in the platform exists because that problem cost somebody a day. The capacity planner, the ticket watchtower, the induction gate, the 48-hour PO rule — all of it is scar tissue turned into software.
A notification you can dismiss isn't a control. If a ticket has lapsed, that person can't be scheduled — the rule runs whether anyone is watching or not.
